SEGMENT 1: What is Prayer, Part 1-God calls each of us into the relationship of prayer.
SEGMENT 2: How do We Pray, Part 1-Ways of Prayer the 5 main forms of prayer
Part 2-Growing in the Spiritual Life begin to form an understanding of how to grow in contemplative prayer.
SEGMENT 3: The Prayerful Life, Part 1-Christian Spirituality Understand the 3 key aspects of Christian Spirituality.
Part 2-Reflections on the Spiritual Life a thankful heart lies at the center of the Christian
life.
SEGMENT 4: The Our Father, Part 1-A Summary of the Gospel, know the Gospel message of the
Lord’s Prayer.
Part 2-The Seven Petitions, understand the 7 petitions found in the Lord’s Prayer
BONUS INTERVIEWS: Rev. Ronald Rolheiser, OMI, PhD talks on knowing the 4 elements of healthy spirituality & evaluate when to pray. Rev. Louis Cameli, STD talks on understanding how to pray & learn to pray with scriptures. Know what it means to be “called to holiness”
